The MAPS project, passed by city voters, has brought many new and improved attractions to the downtown area. The Bricktown Ballpark, Bricktown Canal, Civic Center Music Hall, Cox Convention Center, and the Ford Center are just of few attractions that bring people in from all areas.
The demand for real estate in the downtown area has increased due to the record number of people seeking urban living. This has brought on a new market of condominiums and lofts for sale. As the demand continues to increase, the construction does as well.
